  Outrageous late fees .Will not accept partial payments. Read fine print 45 days late do to circumstances beyond my conttol cost 266.00 on a storage unit thats less than 60.00 a month in order to not have my belongings from going up for auction.

  Teresa, we are always terribly sorry when a customer doesn't pay their rent to the point that we have to put their unit up for auction. We call, we text, we email. We just beg, but sometimes we fail. Now you know, that the $266 wasn't just late fees. Only a small amount was. The bulk was rent you didn't pay and the fee we charge when we are forced to go through the expensive steps for an auction. Please, please, please pay your rent on time - that's all the money we want.

  Biggest waste ever Continue to raise the rent on all their units if you don’t pay within the exact date they double charge you until it’s out rages the worst storage unit ever in the history of this earth do not do this do not put yourself through this hell.

  Will, we are terribly sorry when we dissapoint one of our customers. But all storage places charge late fees, we are no different, and our late fees are a lot lower than most - we just hate to charge late fees! Will, your last 6 monthly payments were paid late. And 10 of the last 12 times you paid late. PLEASE give yourself a chance to be happy with us!
