This 5 star review is for the Samantha! Samantha was very pleasant and accommodating. Samantha went out of her way to get me a storage unit when there seemed to be no availability. We are new to the area and have already had a great number of unpleasant customer service experiences. She was busy when I arrived but still greeted me swiftly and apologized for the wait. A prompt initial greeting is overlooked by a majority of staff everywhere else. Samantha was knowledgeable and very thorough during the application process. I was very grateful to have Samantha helping me that day. Thank you Samantha and AAAA Self Storage!
