  👏 Did a great job moving the furniture for my aunt.... by breaking several items, not telling her about it and then jacking up the fee. I'm the one who paid for it hence my review. Things get broken in a move, that's understandable. JUST TELL THE PERSON!

  Did not cover my furniture and just pushed the wood against the metal side of the truck. I had a light colored couch that ended up with something red on the corner and dirt from not being covered. When I mentioned it to the guy, he spit on his t-shirt and tried cleaning the smudges off. I was told the owner would call me and never did. Only moved my furniture 10 miles - no boxes and at 5:30 they stopped and said they didn’t have time to get the rest. Someone drove by my house wondering what was going on because they were just standing around. I would not recommend.

  This place is ridiculous. The moving fee for a 4 mile move was outrageous. The movers themselves were extremely unprofessional. We had one bed they disassembled and were to reassemble. We even had the instruction booklet for them for the reassembly. Yet they refused to use it which led to it taking them app 2 hours of the move time we were charged for to put it back together and now, one of our drawers in the pedestal is hard to close. The wood floors in our home were damaged and we are still waiting, almost 4 months later, for repairs or a settlement for the damages. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are many others in the Springfield area who are more professional, will not damage your items or home and in the long run will cost you less $$$.
