We used this company for many years for deliveries across the US. without incident. In the last year they have destroyed every shipment we have sent. They have denied every claim we have filed. They cannot keep local staff here in Baton Rouge. It is sad to see what used to be a reputable company failing. The service reps are not helpful at all and they are not concerned with retaining customers. It's sad and frustrating.
