Good experience based on the drivers being so polite. However I'm giving 4 stars because of the communication issue in the beginning. I was told drop off would be between 8am and noon. I waited around, even cancelling my morning, to only have them call 15 min before noon telling me they would need to change between 1 and 4pm. I was certainly not happy because I had another company coming to load me in. I had to cancel my entire day and coordinate with other moving coming. I was not offered any kind of incentive. Although the communication was not great, I would definitely use ABF if I ever moved again (hopefully not too soon). My belongings arrived in a timely manner which I appreciated.

ABF is the worst. They are very slow, hold onto items until they basically feel like moving anything. If you ever order anything from ABF expect it to just sit for weeks at every ABF location. ABQ is the slowest and just don't care.

When you pull up to the sliding gate park to the right. Look to your left in the corner and you'll see a little walk thru gate. As soon as you walk thru the gate make a left open the door to the building and go up the steps and you will be in the office if that's what your looking for.
