  Kedric Jackson is one of the hardest- working, most caring, conscientious, customer-service people I have ever met. He tackled a complicated, emotional move with kindness, empathy, creativity, adaptability, attention to detail and 15 years of expertise. During our first call on a Saturday night, I immediately felt relief knowing I could trust him to coordinate, pack, move and store my personal belongings. He moved mountains to meet my tight deadline. Kedric and I communicated through Zoom throughout the four-hours of packing and separating my belongings from the property owner’s while I remained in another state with a sick dog. He turned a stressful situation into a peaceful one. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kedric and ACME Moving. Judy, the manager, is friendly and knowledgeable. The packing/moving team takes their job seriously and is very careful and organized while working efficiently to get the job done…and done extremely well!! I’m grateful to have found this company so I may begin the next chapter.

  Kedric and his team were absolutely fantastic! I recently moved across the country to Seattle and shipped my stuff using PODS. Upon arriving in Seattle, I contacted Acme Moving Solutions. They were responsive, able to help me on short notice, and very reasonably priced. The actual move from the pod into my apartment could not have gone better. Kedric and his assistant were punctual, efficient, and very careful moving my items. They placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it, and ensured I was satisfied before leaving. The entire process was painless and the easiest part of the whole move. I wholeheartedly recommend Acme Moving Solutions, and will definitely use Kedric's company for any future moves!

  Kedric and his team were great. He brought two trainees but they seemed already quite capable and he was just helping professionalize them. Sharing his vast experience with them. They had our stuff unloaded quickly and safely.
