  So my mover needed my bathroom because as he stated he had a UTI. Then they broke the key in my lock. told me to charge it to company they always do that. Oh and The storage company will cut lock off. I told them ok let me grab them one second. They said ok pulled on my significant other he tried to stop them did I mention we bought them lunch! Anyways storage company doesn't do either of things this company Saud. I had to call a lock Smith and wait another two hours! Causing me to go to work late and more money!! The goal was to have it taken care of without stress. Oh we had to go in repack the storage. They literally put my tvs up against work out equipment the bars were about to go through the screens! I could've saved my money did it myself or hired neighborhood teenagers for their work! I'm honestly scared to even unpack my items. Especially those that had red tape saying fragile!

  We hired action moving and storage to help move displays and an exhibit from one museum to Grand Meadow Heritage Center; the work to do this was intimidating to not just me but our board of volunteers. Action sent out 3 guys and a large straight truck to move all of our items even 1 extra display case! They were quick, professional, and careful as the exhibit itself was very fragile! I won't recommend any other company than Action because they did a phenomenal job with the circumstances we had. In total they moved 9 heavy wooden display cases including: trim, lights, glass, and a diorama with its base, lights, and enclosure. The crew had to take it from the basement of the original museum and disperse the items between the 3 floors of our museum, they did an amazing job! Nothing was cracked, broken, or lost in this adventure and we will definitely hire them in the future!

  Terrible experience. This company was hired to move and store our items. They misplaced several items, most importantly pictures that cannot be replaced. We have over 12k in damages and they are offering only 1600.00 in coverages and that will be paid ONLY after we pay them $3800 for delivering damaged belongings. Pay attention to the email picture where a staff member is advising the owner of the company to settle this claim, seems as if everyone knew the items were damaged? Initially we were told they would do a claim and items would be covered, only to be told no coverage existed. Then we were told they would have someone come and evaluate the sleep number mattress in the photos, never happened. They have no regard for their customers belongings and dismiss responsibility for damages that occurred. Most recently Casey stated “you have our insurance company’s information if you feel their is a liability claim, then you should file it” Beware, there are several reputable moving companies, protect your interests and go elsewhere.
