  BEST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED! I had seen a few less than stellar reviews which made me a little cautious, but after Swamp Rabbit Movers Left me out to dry I had no choice last minute. After speaking with the owner William, he eased my worries completely. His customer service was impeccable. He communicated extremely well, answered the phone ever single time I called, and even confirmed my appointment the day before. On the day of the move he let me know they let me know they were on the way and arrived shortly with more than enough equipment to handle my job. They treated my belongings with care and were the most efficient company I have ever seen loading their truck. When we got to my new house Swamp Rabbit was at the neighbors unloading their truck with 5 guys working. Affordable Movers only brought 2 and loaded my 3 bedroom house very quickly. They started unloading the same size truck after Swamp Rabbit and the 2 Affordable Movers guys had unloaded their truck before Swamp Rabbit could finish with twice the amount of laborers. They were extremely fair with pricing and honest. These guys were a God Send. If I could rate 6 Stars I Definitely would! Thank you Affordable Movers and William! I will most definitely recommend you to all my friends and use you guys again!

  DO NOT choose this company! The day of the move they showed up late, didn’t bring the needed moving equipment, walked in my house, and told me they couldn’t do the job. I asked them to hold on a minute so I could go get my husband and they left. As we were walking back out to talk to them they were in their cars driving off. I was left having to find another company, a reputable and dependable company, last minute, same day. We are military and have moved several times over the last 20 years. This was the most unprofessional “company” we have ever come across. If I could give them zero stars I would.

  I spoke to you on the phone and told you we needed at least 3 people. You called me back and told me you only wanted 2. You told me 2 people would be fine it wasn't much. We showed up and were 8 minutes late. We did have all the necessary moving equipment. We had 2 regular dollies, flat dollies, shoulder dollies. Upon arriving I told you that you had way more stuff than lead me to believe and that we would not be able to find more people to help that late notice and that we also had other jobs scheduled the same day. We would have needed at least 3 if not 4 people. You were not forthcoming over the phone about what you had nor are your forthcoming in your review. Yes we did leave. My guys are not going to be put in a position to kill themselves or be injured because they are being forced to move something 4 people should move.

  I was a little skeptical after reading a few bad reviews. After the guys showed up on time, I could tell shortly after they arrived, I had called the right company. These guys were the quickest, most professional moving company I have ever used. I really can't put into words how thankful I am for the job these guys did. Affordable Movers is a small family owned company and the owner goes on every single job. They don't just send out guys who don't care about their job or your stuff. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could! Thanks William and Affordable Movers!
