  WOW! I don't leave reviews most of the time but really had such a stellar experience with Affordable Moving I had to come here to praise them. Firstly, this is a family run operation and you feel that connection from the time you pick up the phone! I was able to book a date that worked for my family and get a fair quote. When the guys showed up, the team was polite and very careful with all my belongings. This was a cross country move and they arrived within hours of my arrival and began unloading like a well oiled machine. Everything was numbered and accounted for and most importantly, undamaged. I couldn't be happier with Affordable Moving Service and Storage, thanks William and crew!

  These guys are great! Team showed up on time and loaded everything carefully. I got a good fair quote and the owner himself called me up which was a nice touch! Nothing was lost, which has happened to me a few times on previous moves, and nothing was damaged. I called a few other companies before booking with them, by far best service from even the initial call and then the quote. Smooth from start to finish.

  I had the most HORRIBLE experience with this "company"! Upon calling and getting a quote, I was told I would not be charged for drive time and sure enough at the end, you guessed it, they tacked that on. The mover guy came up with some excuse and I tried to resolve the issue with the owner and was told the owner would be calling and no returned call came from the owner. The final straw, I will not go into detail about but do yourself a HUGE favor and do not hire this unethical company under any circumstances!

Please verify the company that you chose to have your move done and accurately place the negative review where it is due. This is slander to our company and can cause loss of business where it is not due. I ask pleasantly that you remove this review immediately. If you need to verify anything additional with us to prove that it was placed to the incorrect company then please call (239) 674-0024. We would be happy to talk to you about this. Just as a heads up there is more than one Affordable Moving in lee county, Fl. So it could just be an honest mistake. Thank you in advance.
