  I have had a very bad experience with affordable about renting a parking space. i spoke with a elderly man that gave me a hard time about a rental spot when I called to ask for the owners information I was put on hold and put with a woman who was also rude. And then she hung up on me just for asking the owners information. I think the owner is Lee gay but he needs better employees they are causing you the company to loose money. I have grown up in rocky mount and can't believe the discrimination that I am receiving from this companies employees. I will also make sure that all of the people I know understand this as well.

  Ms. Fields, I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience with our company. Our employee explained to you that we had gotten disconnected when he called you back to finish the conversation. We tried to explain to you the rules and regulations we have to follow to store any vehicle. We have to have proper paperwork and permanent registration and permanent license on any vehicle. When you obtain the proper paperwork we will be happy to assist you with your need for storage. We try to our upmost ability to assist and help any current, past, or future tenants with their needs and concerns.

  I could not be more pleased with my experience at Affordable Self-Storage. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is safe because it is lighted and fenced. I loved the fact that you get your own security code to access the property whenever needed! Also, there is 24 hour security surveillance. I highly recommend to anyone in need of extra storage!

  I have used Affordable Self-Storage several times over the years, and had some things stored there for almost two years. I found the expereinces with the facility and staff to be more than satisfactory. They are willing to help, and with the ease of after hours access with the passcoded gate I have nothing but good things to say. If you are looking for a good secure location to store your stuff for any period of time, I would reccomend Affordable Self Storage. Also, I priced several over storage lots in the area, and found Affordable very competitive. I have a locker there now, and will continue to use them.
