  Cannot get ahold of the detailers. I could not schedule a call before our time frame of moving (military overseas PCS not going according to plan) I neeeded to find a company within 3 weeks of us leaving, they only had calls available a week prior to us leaving. when I received my quote I asked question in the question/comment/concerns box the compnay provides. I called the number for Tampa, a customer service representative tried to connect me with Krystal, she was in a meeting and said she would call me later that day. I had not heard from her that night so I sent a follow up email, I got an automatic email saying that Krystal will be out of town between these dates and to contact Vicky on her behalf, I emailed Vicky right after. it is now 5 days later, 13 days before we leave and still have not heard back from the company. If my questions cannot even be answered I dont feel comfortable leaving my pet with them.

  4th time using Air Animal, and I couldn’t be happier! Molds is Ana big abs everyone on the staff is good and service minded. Traveling with your pet internationally is not easy, but Air Animal takes all the hard work and is always ready to help.

  Horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful. Making arrangements to travel with a pet is already stressful, but then you deal with someone like you guys who don't pick up the phone willingly. The lady that was supposed to be helping me dodged my call for 2 days and only picked up when I called her from a different number. Then she yells at me through the phone for 10 minutes, I couldn't even get a word in. Horrible service, horrible treatment and she should not be dealing with public or anybody at all really.

  Nina, we’ve checked our records and don’t find you listed as an Air Animal client or prospect. Many pet relocations were put on hold during the pandemic creating pent-up demand. Patience on both sides is needed and appreciated. We don’t dodge calls. We are working through overwhelming demand. We ask that prospective clients give us several business days to review their requests and assign a pet move or pet health certificate manager. When a move is assigned pet move manger emails, texts or sends a Calendly request with next steps.
