THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES!!!! DONT NOT RENT A UHAUL WITH THEM. THEYVE CHARGED ME TRIPLE THE AMOUNT FOR MY RENTAL!!! Rental was 29.95 plus the usual fee. After returning the truck they've charged me close to $150 dollars for whatever the reason may be and they never answer their phone to give answers to why they feel like they can charge that much. AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FOLKS, THEY WILL ROB YOU AND LEAVE YOU WITH WONDERING WHAT YOU DID TO MAKE THEM CHARGE YOU SO MUCH

I rarely leave negative reviews for anyone but this place is a joke. Rented a truck there the other day. When I got to my pickup location I learned there was a lock on the box. I attempted to call the business multiple times and no one would answer before having to send my wife there in person. All the while losing $120hr while movers are sitting there. The lady was unapologetic for the inconvenience and even told my wife that she had turned the phone off because it was bothering her. After finishing my 26 mile trip I put 3 gallons of gas back in the truck and returned it. The following morning I get charged for 5 more gallons of gas. It's currently in dispute. Hope everyone else has better luck.

Staff is great and friendly. We have rented both U-Haul trucks and storage from them and are not disappointed. Would use again.
