  Here's a review worthy experience... Storages are hard to come by in 2021. We planned ahead and rented a 10x20 unit about 1.5 months in advance from Tammy. We paid for over a month of rent - $224. I chose this place since I grew up a few blocks away. When we showed up, we were given a 10x10 by mistake. Fortunately, Tammy was able to fix that issue, blaming it on her other employee. However, she said our storage needed maintenance so she instructed us to not install our lock yet. So we left town with our unit rented, our proprietary lock that we were required to purchase from her, and prepared for our big move. Fast-forward, and we're headed back to Port Angeles on a multi-hour road trip. We called to pay our next month's rent since we only had 3 days left before being subjected to a late fee. Tammy answered and told us that our unit number was being rented by another customer... Even volunteering the customer's full name. She claimed her 'other employee' assumed that we no longer wanted the unit, since there was no lock. No other large units were available. We didn't receive any notifications. If they called, they didn't leave any voicemails... smh... 🤦‍♂️ I don't recommended trusting this storage company to help with big life events such as a move. I don't think it's right to kick out a paying customer without notifying them, nor is it right to reveal the name of the tenant that rented your unit out from under you. I'm now tasked with trying to figure out what to do with my stuff, since there are no large storage units available in the area. To Tammy: I know your paperwork clearly states "No Refunds" but I think it's only fair in this case, especially since you make it clear that your other employee is to blame. In the mean time, I'm going to have to keep this 1 star review up as a warning to potential customers about said employee.

  We do consider units unpaid without a lock vacant and we are sorry it was re-rented. I’m happy to offer a refund since you never actually moved in.   This is the worst business I have even see ! I recieved a certified letter stating I had until 5:00p.m. Nov. 5th 2021 to pay $298.00 to regain full access to my unit , at 4:25 p.m. on said date my friend called Tami to pay my unit in full knowing that I had things in there that couldn't be replaced that my father gave me just before he passed and thats when Tami added November's unit rent to the total owed bringing it to $427.00 again my friend agreed to pay it in full and Tami then stated she was not going to accept the payment because she had spoke to the owner and he told her to refuse payment . My friend called me back and told me what happened and I immediately called the storage facility back and got no answer , I called again and Tami answered I asked why she had refused payment and she told me that the owner had told her not to accept the payment , she then added that even if she had accepted the payment (which she should have) that I would have had to have cleared the unit in 24 hours , this after she would have charged me rent on the unit for the entire month . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FACILITY , ITS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN .

  Airport road is an very professional and clean storage facility with lots of storage units and always being upgraded. They even have alot of RV parking . Reasonable prices and very safe and secure with friendly and very helpful staff that go out of their way to attend to customers needs . I would recommend using this place . I had good experiences here.
