  Like many businesses in Lake Havasu their sense of urgency for new business and customer service is seriously lacking...i.e. take it or leave it attitude. If times change they'll have to step up their game. I was turned off by it and did not use them.

  Hired them to move my stuff in town. I was not told about the 30 min travel time charge. ( it’s about two minutes from my house) I was only told about the two hour minimum. One of the movers is retirement age, and although he’s nice, I feel it only prolonged the job that I’m getting charged hourly for. It took 5 hours to move from one garage to another with a few pieces of furniture on the house. They didn’t bring a big enough truck so it took two trips. To top it all off he hit my van in the driveway and didn’t even subtract the time spent dealing with that!!!! The young man with him was courteous as well but the two of them bickered back and forth all day. I feel I was cheated on my time and will not hire them again.

  We moved from a 5 bedroom home into a 3 bedroom home. Half of our stuff went to the new house and half went into storage. The guys from Al's Moving we very professional, polite and did a great job. Thanks guys.
