  Spoke with Bo on 10/28 regarding services. We went over items that were to be moved, how everything needed to be in boxes and how they don’t accept plastic bags. Had everything squared away and a quote for 10/30. The morning of 10/30, 3 movers show up and after a brief walk around the house, they call Bo to let him know there were boxes involved with the move. Bo then calls me and says “You never told me you had boxes.” We did tell Bo about boxes and had a lengthy discussion about our move. What family moves without boxes?! Bo insisted that I never told him about boxes and that I only hard large items (furniture, refrigerator, etc) to move. Bo initially sent my quote out to the wrong email address as well, so none of this should’ve surprised me. He then informed me the cost would be higher but he couldn’t give me a quote. We promptly told the driver and movers thanks and sorry they wasted a trip out there. The movers told us this wasn’t new and have had issues with Bo being unprofessional in the past. Do yourself a favor and skip this guy for moving services.

  I can't say enough about the horrible experience, I had. The owner will not even return my call. Lost items, charges for boxes that I didn't receive, broken items, missing items, brought my belongings across 4 states on the wrong date, dropped my stuff and left. Didn't attach my mirror to my dresser, and no attempt to set up my bed, set up boxes right in the living room, then when I ask to put my couch in a certain spot, I was told we only move stuff once. Well I didn't pile up boxes in the spot where my couch should be. The larger mover, was constantly yelling at the small guy, loud enough to hear from the parking lot. HORRIBLE

  This review is to address the negative review posted on year ago. First of all this was posted against my company and I, being the owner, know nothing about this move. We do not self haul over 4 states so this could not be us. As you notice in the review no names were mentioned and the Company was not mentioned by name. this is a bogus and fraudulent posting and is an absolutely a lie. Posted by Bo Asmar, Laurel, Ms.
