  HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! Do not use!! Broke over half my stuff. Misplaced stuff 5 states away!! Is all nice when they want to make a sale but then don’t answer the phone after. Hanging up on you! Horrible Horrible business.. will be calling the better business Bureau on them!!!!!!!!!!!

  Will NEVER use again. Was told 1 price, gave my inventory, then when the movers showed up would told it would be more ($800). Was told I would probably only use 500 cubic square feet but the mover said I would need almost 700 csf ($.40 per cubic square foot times 200 extra cubic square feet.)At 1st very responsive but after my initial down payment, customer service went downhill. Had several items broken in boxes marked "FRAGILE" glass inside. When I reached out regarding this issue, never heard back. Evan started out professional but ended up like a cricket *silent*. We not recommend this company!

  Record your conversation they will tell you want they think you want to hear. Read the fine print. Lead me to believe I could put move on my credit card. But wanted cash in a new town I had no banking yet. They up charge everything thing. Tape ,boxes , and 165 per hr to wait for you to get the cash together. They eventually let me charge for another 170 $ so my quote of 5900 and change ended up being over 7100$. Avoid this company it’s not worth it. They have other names they go by as well , buyer beware. Wish I had gone with Mayflower they came to my house and gave me a quote about 1600 more than my original All American Van Lines quote but that include everything even if they made the mistake and mis calculated. Got cheap and paid the price.
