  Showed up late, no communication between departments, total disregard for personal property, treated like I’m a burden for moving. Do not recommend using these guys even if it’s last minute. You’re better off just throwing everything out instead of paying to move things and then have to discard at the new location. I don’t have a single piece of furniture that hasn’t received damage (not counting the scuffing and general wear and tear from moving)

  I could not have had a worst experience moving! From beginning to end All Moving USA dropped the ball in every sense. They are a broker who hires incredibly unreliable and unprofessional moving companies. Their communication between me and the moving company was horrible. The movers were late for pick-up and charged us more than DOUBLE the amount All Moving USA estimated. When I called All Moving USA they indicated that the price should not have been that high and that they would go over the inventory list with the moving company. There was never any follow up, and with relentlessly calling the customer service line, I got nowhere. They take your money and then leave you to fend for yourself to get your belongings back. So the only thing I can do is caution people on using this company so that you don’t have to go through the same horrific experience I did.

  I am very sorry that you felt like this was a horrible moving experience. Reviewing your account I see that your went cubic feet usage increased. As indicated on our contracts, as well as the carrier's contract you will only be charged for the space you use on the truck. Although I understand, no one wants to pay more money, but we can't move our customers without charging for the space they use on the truck. When an increase happens, please keep in mind the charge per cubic feet and fuel percentage of 9% will stay at the same rate as guaranteed by your sales rep Nikki. Please advise if you see otherwise on your delivery paperwork.

  The initial person taking inventory wrote the wrong items and omitted some. My cost went up thousands of dollars. I was told by quality assurance that the increase in space used was the cause for the increase. They don’t tell you that they use a semi truck to deliver. Read the fine print. You don’t get your deposit back from them either. Are all moving companies a scam? Beware UPDATE:KUDOS to the management team for following up with me. They took the time and effort to review phone records and reached out to me to correct any issues. Not many companies give personal attention, they wanted me to know that they were and are concerned about putting customers first and providing excellent services. I applaud them for living up to their core values!!!!
