  Either they don’t show up or they do and charge your card after you already paid! We paid a deposit to the owner. He stopped answering the phone. The driver instructed us to pay him so we did. The next morning he charged our card again and said he was unable to refund us and would either cash app us the money back or have the driver cash app us back!!! This never happened. Please read the reviews and BBB before you book this company.

  They were supposed to show up at my house at 9:00am. I was called and told they had been double booked and they would meet us at the house at 11:30 to noon. They showed up and started loading. Half way through, a woman shows up and she must have been the wife or girlfriend of one of the men because they started yelling and cussing at each other, right there in the yard. When we left to go to the new house, they stopped for lunch. They did not tell us they were doing that so we had no idea where our stuff was. When they finally arrive, they were stacking boxes in the garage and it was poorly done. Heavy boxes on top of light ones. Boxes marked fragile on the bottom. Before service, I was told that it was $175/hr for a 3 man team, 2 hour minimum, and $50 for gas. So i paid the $400 up front. When they are about to leave, the guy didn't even know what time he started and they wanted paid for the time they were at lunch. I only paid for an additional hour. After they left, we put up our television only to find that it was broken. I called the office and I was told someone would call back but there was no response. I was also told that I should have packed it in a box. If that was the case, the movers should have told me they weren't able to move it because it was not packed properly. We have pics of all the damaged boxes and the television. Still waiting to hear back from someone.
