  I hired these guys for a move recently and had an overall not great experience. First, on the day of my move, they called and told me they didn't have enough drivers so they had to push my move back a day. Fine, not great but fine. Then the guys came and were nice, but I now keep discovering damaged items, including a $600 lamp that is now completely unusable and extensive scratches on an expensive dresser. The guy also signed my paperwork for me instead of reviewing it with me, so I didn't know that liability was limited to $.60/pound. So I can get about $3 for my lamp I guess. He was way more interested in getting a good tip rather than actually providing good customer service. Never using these guys again. Highly recommend finding a better, more honest company to move with.

  So called in got a quote to move 6 pieces of furniture. They quoted 2 man for $139. They sent put 3 people for 6 pieces. They went and picked up the furniture and brought it to my house. Before they unloaded Truck he came in and asked for payment. He then called the office to get my total which was $639 or around there. I look at my American Express bill and they charged me over 1200. I call and they day no way that happened. This company is a bunch of crooks. I'm just protesting the charge. I'll let American Express deal with it. Don't use these guys.

  My boyfriend and I ran into a lot of trouble with moving into our new apartment (turned out to not have an elevator and we're on the 3rd floor). I submitted information to All My Sons on Monday for an unload-only move, they immediately called me, and I was able to get a quote within 10 minutes with a time set for the next day. The next day, the two movers, Dominic and Robert, showed up at the expected time, and were such a wonderful help. They were both incredibly nice and professional. They made an impossible job for us possible and we're so thankful for their help. I would/will absolutely use them again.
