  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ten hours to move a normal house (4 bedrooms) to a location 15 minutes away. They spent more than 8 hours “packing”, at the end I needed to bring some stuff close to the truck for them to pack it. You can tell that they were burning time. When I asked the driver / leader, about the slow job, he answered “oh that’s where they get you” he was blaming his own company and then he hand me out his card of his company of movers… They broke glass tables and never told me, they never assembled anything and the worst thing is that they left behind at lease 30% of my things. I needed to rent a U-Haul and finish the move myself. Super expensive, my advice to you, shop around and don’t believe their lies about paying his employees bonuses to finish the job faster.

  Andrew K and Solomon were very professional and did an outstanding job with handling my belongings. However, the company itself needs to ensure that they train their call center employees for all areas that they provide service for. I was quoted a price and asked questions to make sure I had a clear understanding of the rates and a few days after I made my deposit, I was then told that I would be charged a minimum of $1500 because I was 2.7 miles over the GA regulations (this was one of the questions I asked prior to selecting my storage unit). Anyhow, the workers themselves are amazing, just be sure to get a clear understanding of the pricing prior to committing and be sure to get your own packing materials!

  This company should change their name to: "All My Thugs Moving and Storage". Multiple items of mine were broken. Fortunately, I stashed away and moved important items myself. Kitchen dining set seat was broken. When they opened the door of the truck in preparation for putting my items in storage, my stereo speaker set fell out and on to the ground. The movers damaged wooden stairs by dropping weights on them (pictures attached). The movers took apart my weight bench to get it out of the house but put the screws in storage making it impossible to put it back together again. To add insult to injury, a few days after the move while walking down to my car, I see one of my weight plates outside in the apartment complex parking garage (picture attached) where I moved to. One mover looked through one of my moving bins and saw that I had DVDs in it. He proceeded to look through case in hopes of finding the DVD. Thank goodness they were just the empty cases. Truly a predatorial business using the lowest available scum to move/pack/schedule your move. I even caught one mover thing through my DVD/CD box. Fortunately, they were just the cases and I transported them myself. Yes, it was truly a nightmare, but what is really heartbreaking is that the service I received is representative of what these people must go through everyday of their lives. One mover had eleke beads on. I have asked Chango to take care of him and get justice for me.
