  Although Tony and his teammate did a great job I do want to let everyone know JAY, who ever he is to the company, is a liar and is working these guys to the bone. Not paying too much mind to the cost of moving because they are the more reasonably priced movers I found on such short notice (3 days before moving) I hired them because I was told I would have people at my place between 12-3pm. I have a 4 month old and I specifically told him we had to stop at a storage unit that contained pretty much another bedroom. 3:30 rolls around I call, Jay calls back, hey the guys got tied up they will be there between 5-6. At this point its too late to do anything about anything, so we wait. The guys arrive at 7PM they get done with the first place at 9:30 by now the Storage unit is closed and we can no longer access it so we now have to figure out when and how we are going HIRE ANOTHER TEAM to help my husband move the storage unit. Long story short we were not done moving into the new place until about 1:30AM. The guys did not complain one bit, turns out we were their third house of the day. Jay, do better by your staff and do better by your customers.

  I would never suggest using All my sons Ft Lauderdale. I had a simple move from FTL to Miami and from beginning to end the process was a very bad experience. The movers were extremely unprofessional and damaged multiple items during the move and knocked a hole in the wall moving my furniture into my new condo. Dealing with the claims dept was a nightmare as they would not follow up and try to hang up on you as quickly as possible. Terrible move and even worse customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another moving company.

  The worst customer service ever. I was promised a move of 8am. Then received a call stating it would be between the hours of 8-10. Then received a text message stating between the hours of 9-11. The movers showed up at 11. I was charged $1230… to move a one bedroom apartment. Everything was already boxed up and ready to be moved. The old and new location of the move are literally 2.5 miles apart.
