Honestly, I originally didn't want to go with AMS But the customer service girl was so lovely on the phone it was hard for me to say no. She was so sweet and talked me into it. I know you can't always make everybody happy. So I wanted to be the judge of it myself. That clearly was the wrong thing to do. My quote was definitely off. She told me for 4 hours I'll pay $871 minus my deposit it'll be $771 ..... I paid $1,148....... The boys were nice that they sent over and very respectful. However, one of them must have dropped the ball and dropped the tv s little heavy on the floor or something because once we plugged the tv... it was damaged! I'm filing a claim with them now. However, it's an inconvenience this is a $2700 92 inch flat screen.

Carlos, Samson, and Jamal did excellent work. They were very prepared with materials. They wrapped every piece of furniture. They demonstrated great team work and communicated well with each other and with us. The price was competitive with other movers, and they outperformed other movers we have used in the past in speed and attention to detail.

Evan, Dre, and Solodien were exceptionally professional!! They were prompt - right on time - and courteous, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They were also very compassionate toward an Elder w/ heart condition who was severely stressed by the packing & moving. I will definitely request this team of professionals for our next moves, and recommend them unequivocally. They are a blessing and an invaluable asset to All My Sons Moving Company!!
