  As a first time home buyer, I was excited to move and understood I needed some assistance. After talking and setting up everything with the company they left the impression that with the amount of items we had that it would not be an issue or take more than 4 hours, as well as the amount of movers needed. I knew there would be some difference in how long it would take and the estimated time, but little did I know that it would take nearly double the time to move half of what I was told would be taken care. And when I say move, I mean transport it to the new location only to have them tell me they cannot fit my larger items up even the first flight of stairs. The movers themselves were super nice and I understood if they weren’t comfortable moving without causing damage then I didn’t want to make them. Upon talking to Danny who claims to be a manager, I expected a little reasonability and help whether it be to send someone else to help the movers or reduce my payment since the job wasn’t getting done and a lot time was being wasted (when you’re paying by the hour, it adds up quick). Sadly I was only told that it was all my fault for them not being able to get the job done and that I still had to pay full cost of labor. “Labor” translates to hard work, which was shown by only 1 of the 2 movers they sent. I tried reasoning with Danny who was nothing short of human garbage and had a terrible attitude and finally got the price lowered. There was no accountability on their end, only mine. Eventually they put everything in my garage because I was tired of wasting time. My girlfriend and I were able to fit the rest of our major items that we were told couldn’t fit up the stairs. So if you want to pay someone else lots of money only to have to get things done yourself then by all means use this company.

  These guys did an AMAZING job helping me move. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly highly recommend these guys! They are also super quick to respond and get you scheduled. I had Cameron as my mover and he was absolutely awesome. He was super polite and extremely helpful. His positive attitude was great.

  Very disappointed in our service with All my sons. One of the movers was great and helpful, unfortunately he didn’t have any help and tried to do it all himself. I had very high hopes for this move, booking over the phone was great and easy, and the guys were great at communicating the process with us. When the guys got there, everything was going good at first, but they were under the impression that I had a small 1 bedroom apartment and it was a partial move. They didn’t have enough help, or a big enough truck and when Rico called for more help, his boss simply told him no. Rico was basically working by himself and although he did a good job, it made the work take almost 8 hrs when they originally told me over the phone it would be a quick 3-4 hr move. And when paying by the hour, the quality of moving was definitely not worth it. We finally got the truck loaded as full as it could, but they had to leave a good bit of my things still at my old apartment including heavy items such as 2 dressers, 2 mirrors, various boxes and kitchen chairs. Then when we got to my new home, they told us they couldn’t take anything up the stairs because it was too narrow. The only thing they tried to take up was our mattress. So they ended up leaving everything in our garage. We bought a 3 story town home and we have no place to sleep, none of our couches, rugs, dressers, boxes or anything in the house. Only in the garage. When reaching out to management, they did not care and only cared about us paying for the hours that it took. We were happy to pay their rate of $120 an hour plus fees when booking, but they took way too long, and didn’t even move our stuff the way we were promised. Because of this experience, we will probably never hire movers again. We hired movers, paid over $700 (after having them take money off the bill) and still had to move 3 car loads of things to the house as well as all of our things from the garage into the actual home. We feel taken advantage of and not valued as customers.
