  These guys are fantastic. After booking, the operations team reached out to welcome me to the family and to see if I had any questions. They made sure I had all information pertaining to my move via phone conversation and then also provided multiple emails explaining my rate and charges. Movers were on time and were extremely professional. They wrapped my furniture so well I couldn’t even tell what was what! Fantastic experience with great communication from start to finish. Very transparent with pricing, if anything they tell you too many times. Can’t wait to use them again!

  I had a great experience on the front end of my move, but was left with damaged and water-logged property on the back end. My moving consultant was very professional and accommodating, especially considering the quick move I needed to make. Everything was communicated clearly and the set-up was very organized. The execution of the move was problematic. It was raining the day of the move and a leak in the truck caused part of my sofa and mattress to arrive water-logged. (The mattress was supposed to be in a mattress bag, so I'm not sure how this happened). The movers did bring this to my attention as soon as they noticed, which I appreciated. I discovered some issues as I unpacked as well, like my computer monitor being thrown in a box with misc. items unwrapped, causing it to arrive cracked and scratched. Several other items arrived cracked/broken. I'm currently going through the claims process and, based on my experience setting up the move, I'm confident we'll be able to resolve the damages. However, I would recommend giving specific instruction on items that need to be wrapped/protected and make sure the mattress bags you're paying for are properly utilized, especially if you're expecting rain on move-day!

  If you are thinking about contracting all my sons, do yourself a favor and move yourself. They moved half of my stuff they were supposed to, broke a tv, drug an expensive dining room table across a storage unit, broke a leaf off of same dining room table, and broke a picture frame. Then want to compensate me $150 in good faith for thousands of dollars of damage. Google wouldn't allow me to put the entire story on this review, but i have put it on Facebook and BBB if any cares to read about it in depth.
