  Pricing was not what was quoted, called an hour before the move to verify cost because I gave my credit card over the phone for a $100 deposit and never received a receipt and wanted to get a paper trail and everything was still the same as quoted days before the move. Well when done moving the quote doubled and they wanted to charge me for for packing materials that I didn't even use. I had everything boxed up and ready to be loaded in the truck when the movers arrived. Loading up and unloading was quick and easy. Reviews are key! Listen to them because people experiences are right ! All my sons moving company are scam artist! Well management is! The movers were nice and polite, best part of it. Save your money and go elsewhere. You get quoted and they change the quote without you knowing! Save your documents and report them to the BBB and Massachusetts Labor Commission.

  Two weeks prior to our move we set up a reservation with this company and they quoted us 4-5 hours for the move at 189 an hour. We gave them a very detailed itemized list of all the items that we needed to move in addition to the square footage of our current apartment and the volume of boxes that we had. We set a budget for our move and they were 100% on board with that budget and sounded confident that things would get done with three movers at a rate of $189 per hour in 4-5 hours. When setting up the original reservation, we spoke with Anthony. He was very helpful. Four days prior to the move (today) we got a confirmation call from Mike and Mike asked us to re-summarize the items that we needed to move. We provided a nearly identical summary from the one we provided to Anthony and all of a sudden Mike is telling us that our move is going to take 6 to 8 hours and cost double what we had been quoted originally. It was an obvious bait and switch. The team members don’t talk to each other, and some are extremely unprofessional. When we expressed concern to Mike over the large discrepancy between the original quote and the sudden reassessed duration of the job, Mike began to threaten us and tell us that he didn’t think we were going to get along and that we had bad attitudes, essentially. He basically told us that we were being difficult even though he had completely derailed our original expectations without justification. He handled things extremely unprofessionally and made us feel like we were being unreasonable when in reality, they were adding significantly more time to our move at a late stage after a full assessment had already been completed and we were expressing the expected discomfort that comes with that. This company needs to do a much better job of managing customer relations, setting realistic expectations out of the gate and communicating internally. Very disappointing. We switched our movers and canceled our reservation. They lost our business because of the way Mike handled the latest interaction with us.

  From start to finish All My Sons was great to work with! They were even easy about last minute rescheduling due to a blizzard. Johnny Hoang was so friendly and professional to work with. We had a complicated move with moving heavy things from house to house and also emptying storage pods in my driveway and they did an amazing job with no complaints! I will absolutely be recommending All My Sons to anyone I know with moving needs!
