If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. To start, they were 3 hours outside of the window of time scheduled. A half of day of work was missed to accommodate the timeframe given. Additionally, there was a $60 charge for “packing/moving materials” and none were used. Furniture wasn’t wrapped, mattress wasn’t covered, etc. To add to that they dropped a heavy dresser resulting in damage to my wood floors and the door being broken on the dresser. They scratched my freshly painted doors, walls, and banister. Considering there is a two hour minimum there was absolutely no need for such quick and careless performance. This was supposed to be a service to help, not make things more difficult and cause damage to my furniture and new home. Avoid this company at all costs.

All My Sons did a fantastic job on our move! Everyone I spoke with from start to finish was a consummate professional. They are very communicative, always available, easy to reach, eager to help, and called throughout the process to make sure my moves were going well. Their crews that do the moving are amazing!!! Chris Brown and his teams are the best!!! They took great care of my stuff.

I was so impressed with All My Sons Moving & Storage. From the initial scheduling of my moving appointment all the way through the completed move of my belongings. My moving crew foreman Jon-Fredrique Johnson and his team were outstanding! They packed everything carefully and made sure that my belongings were handled with care. He and his entire crew were very professional and provided me with such a positive experience. I can't say enough good things about the company and its employees. They take quality and customer service to a new level. If I ever need to move again I would not hesitate to call them.
