  I hired All My Sons to move my family into my new home. They arrived on time and were very professional. All my items were carefully wrapped to protect them and my walls during the moving process. The crew leader Jake made sure everyone stayed on task to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Jake, Michael, Sebastian, and Marcel worked very hard to get all my solid wood furniture up the stairs after a long day of packing and moving. I would definitely recommend using this company for your moving needs

  My movers Alex and Larry did a good job and were very helpful and friendly. But Dalton, the office manager was rude. I spoke to someone at their office that took details about my move and took a deposit but Dalton needed to do a confirmation the same day. I received a text to call and confirm the appointment but I didn’t call because I just talked to someone for 30 minutes and went through the entire process and paid my deposit. My move was scheduled for the following day in the afternoon. I called to confirm the appointment the day of and spoke with Dalton who rudely informed me that I never confirmed my appointment and that he was the manager of the local office and this needed to be done. He also said he called me the day of the move but I had no record of the call. He said he would email me proof but I didn’t receive the email. I was surprised at his tone and lack of customer service focus. After we settled the confirmation issue I suggested he advise staff to inform customers to expect another call from the local office to confirm the appointment during the call in which I scheduled the appointment, discussed the furniture that needed to be moved and paid the deposit. His responses was “this is our company policy that has been affect for several years and I’m sorry you don’t like it.” If I had more time, I would’ve selected another company just based on this call. Overall, the experience with the movers was positive which is why I’m giving them 3 stars otherwise, it would be a 1 star.

  We recently moved our whole office and Brandon’s Team was AMAZING! They treated each piece of furniture with care and was so easy to get along with! Such an amazing team and a great company. I would recommend 1000 times over! Thanks for all the hard work!!
