They moved our items but decided to leave behind several boxes and even a few totes, 2 floor lamps and a table lamp.the only reason they get two stars is because one of the three guys was really nice, but sadly he had to be pulled from our job and didn’t get to stay for the unloading into the new place. Super expensive. Wish I had just rented a truck and paid college kids. They would’ve done a much better job.

Great experience with Jeremiah and Kyle! They were fast and efficient. They drove to Bellefontaine to PU a freezer and drove back to Powell to drop it off. And AJ was awesome in getting this delivery as economical as possible as well as scheduled ASAP to avoid an upcoming possible snow storm! Can't wait to see the crew they send next week to move our whole home to Ohio. I'm sure it will be just as great if not better!

This has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. My brand new house that I just built and all my furniture has been ruined by this company and to top it off they didn’t even finish the job after paying them almost $3000.00!! I was promised my furniture would be wrapped, floor runners put down and padding on the walls so that my items and house would not be damaged! Well as you can see this did not happen and all I get is “we’re sorry but you can file a claim”! REALLY????, they didn’t even finish the job! I still have a garage full of stuff and my dining room is stacked with boxes and items that were not even placed where they were supposed to go! And on top of that my house that is less than 10 days old is destroyed!! The photos attached aren’t even half of what they have damaged. Horrible! Beware of empty promises from this company!!
