I hired this company for moving my one bedroom apartment recently. The entire experience was disappointing to say the least. My original appointment was bumped back because they double booked, which I could live with. The biggest problem was how slow these guys were. One of the movers was constantly on his phone and the other gentlemen had a very poor attitude. The biggest issue was during the move they dropped by washer down (2 months old) down a flight of stairs causing major cosmetic damage. This was a result of not using straps on their dolly and one guy tried to do it himself. I did contact the office and Casey was nice, but feel they owed me for the damage to my washer or at least a discount for the unprofessional service, but that didn’t happen. Overall I was very disappointed with this company and do not recommend them. There are plenty of other options for movers in the area.

The three fellows assigned to this move were very nice and sensitive to my anxiousness about the move. They help move me from a storage unit into my new home. Because they moved my things to the storage unit, they found all the hardware needed for reassembly. Wow! Great job!

First of all I would like to say every time I called I was able to speak to someone. They were prompt at scheduling a time. And they were here when they said they were going to be here. And did a professional job and getting the furniture into the house. I was very pleased from day one.
