Great company, with professional equipment and friendly employees. I've used their services several times and they are always helpful, careful, and responsive to my questions and concerns. I can’t reiterate enough how unprofessional and unreliable this company is. I arranged for them to help us unload a POD at the beginning of August. I called and whoever answered was super friendly, took my information and assured us he’d be there. I started calling a day or two before because we hadn’t heard from them and needed to know specific times. We finally received a call back the day before. The day our POD was delivered our time came and went and All Pro did not show up. I called, left messages, no response. My husband called and left messages, no response. I was pregnant, with a toddler and a dog trying to dig out lamps from the POD and find our daughter’s pack and play because they did not show up. When my husband was finally able to get in touch with them, they were rude and did not apologize. If you decide to use them, it is at your own risk.

The guys at All Pro definitely live up to their name. I was really impressed with the speed in which they were able to pack up my whole house and how nicely they fit all my things in the truck. They were professional, speedy, and took great care—nothing was damaged. If I had known ahead of time how awesome they were I would have made sure they handled my whole move instead of scheduling other movers to handle the unloading at the new place (it was out of state). These guys are worth every penny.
