Movers were very careless with belongings, many things were broken upon arrival (moved less than 2 miles away). I paid for 3 hours of time, movers moved my stuff in 1 hour so i still had 2 hours left of time. My boyfriend had a uhaul with a small sofa and few other odds and ends, the movers flat out, and very aggressively, refuses to move any of it up despite me being 8.5 months pregnant. After offering to pay extra or negotiate with them, they still were very rude, argumentative, aggressive and unprofessional. At one point they even said, “well we’re hungry”. We offer to buy them food, which they refused. I called management and was told that they had another job to be at by 4 (the movers started my job at 2, and I had booked 3 hours worth of moving time), so clearly, they were either overbooked or lying. EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude. I had used this company for prior moves and had great experience, but clearly things have changed. I paid DOUBLE the amount quoted in the end only to have so much broken/damaged. Will never use again. Very, very unsatisfied.

We had a great experience with All Seasons Movers. We hired them to move us in August 2021 and they were available to accommodate us last minute. Their employees were very hardworking and efficient. We will definitely be using them in the future!

I hired All Seasons Movers for an in-town move from a 2-bedroom apartment to a single family home in Chicago on 6/11/21. The total moving cost was $1,260 plus $60 tip per mover (x4 = $240) for a total of $1,500. They seemingly did a good job during the move, until I unpacked. They broke a leg of my kitchen table, permanently scratched my coffee table, and over stuffed all of my clothes to the point that I needed to get everything professionally drycleaned after. I documented everything and provided detailed list along with photos and damage amount (kitchen table $500, side table $150, dry cleaning $95). I sent multiple emails and had multiple calls. The representative kept telling me she would talk to the owner, but then would never respond. They said they could send someone out to fix the items (each of which are not fixable, but rather need replacement), but they never did so. I requested that I talk to the owner directly, but they would not provide that option. I was told that he typically does not call customers back. It is clear that they have no interest in making up for their damage
