  We had this wonderful crew of Andre, Alton and Curtis, they were very friendly and at the same time were very professional as well and did not waste a single minute, they were very patient and gave us time to think on where to put the furniture etc. they used a runway rug like a thing to protect the floor without we even asking for it! They unpacked and assembled all furniture and followed instructions to the point. I highly recommend them and please ask for the same crew for an effortless moving experience, you will never regret hiring them! Hire them and leave the rest to them! They made moving day much less stressful with their professionalism and commitment! No hidden items in the final invoice, Great job team!

  The movers were professionals, good and responsible. The issue that I have is this: I’ve received a work order after I’ve sent all the info plus photos of the items to be moved and packed. One day before the move day, I received a different work order with the amount as twice as much. Plus, I have to rent the elevator for only 4 hours to be able to use it for moving. The movers got the notice at 10 pm before the move day and we’re late the next morning, and finish all the moving late and in a hurry. Now, I’ll have to pay a fee of late use for the elevator because of it. All this with a little more than two weeks of reservation before the move day. I spoke with one of the movers, and he told me that the office has no good management of time and or scheduling and just drop everything at the last minute to them. If you won’t mind the late change of charges, or the lateness of the movers; they are ok. Otherwise, if I ever need movers again, I’ll have to try another company that has a better structure with time management and scheduling and better yet to give you the correct work order the first time.

  There’s a reason why some of us don’t move very often. It’s stressful, exhausting and as much as we try to anticipate, there’s always something that comes up (like rain). All Star Movers are just that, all stars. I had the best crew anyone could hope for. They were attentive, responsive, polite, professional and detail oriented. It was clear to me that this company is head and shoulders above others when they moved my mom’s furnishings from her long term care studio. They put to shame the company that moved her in. I enthusiastically recommend All Star Movers. Johanna
