  Michael, in reference to your reply about not charging $300 and lying about the fact that you are not the ones that moved us, well on that you are right because you fail to comply with your word and leave us with all our belongings in the middle of the road at the storage facility and if you don´t charge $300 you should not quote a job without knowing first what you are moving, and verifying if the price is right, that is on you not on the customer because WE as customer always will look for a good price and discount, you quote us for 3 hrs at $300 so you are the one that is lying to the customer to get the job and then charge a different amount like you said or told as $1500 once you got there at almost 3pm when it was late to find someone else, we ended up moving everything just 2 of us me being pregnant, and I have proof of the $300 quote as well like all the other text messages, and how curios you saying is not you when you are written pretty much the same exact words that you wrote on the text messages. I don´t know how are you still in business.

  im ronald zammito owner of all star moving and storage of Florida no Michael here and im 72 yrs old and closing down this yr so i really don't care about all STARZ WITH A Z WHICH IS PROBABLY WHO YOUR TALKING ABOUT ALL STARZ ALL STARS...THEY ARE AN HOURLY FAKE MOVING COMPANY WE ARE AN ACTUAL MOVING COMPANY AND CHARGE $135 AN HOUR YOU MIGHT WANT TO GO BACK AND LOOK THRU YOUR BROWSER MOST PEOPLE SAY THEY SAW ALL STARZ ON THE WEB ..WE ARE NOT ON THE WEB GIVING OUT PRICES...AND WE DONT CHARGE $300 ITS ALL BY THE HOUR..once again i think you have the wrong moving company..i dont care about proof we did not move you period..maam QUOTES ARE ESTIMATES..I WROTE THE SAME EXACT WORDS? YOU MEAN ENGLISH? IVE BEEN IN BUSINESS 44 YRS AND ARE RETIRED AS OF JANUARY 1ST..SO WHATEVER THIS IS ABOUT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER NOW DOES IT...SO AGAIN IF YOUR QUOTE WAS FOR $300 AND A MOVER ASKED FOR MORE ..IT IS OUR EXPERIENCE THAT SOMEONE WASN'T FOURTH COMING WITH THE TRUTH OF WHAT SIZE MOVE THEY HAD ..HAPPENS EVERY DAY IN THIS BUSINESS AND IF YOU DID FIB ABOUT SOMETHING IM GLAD YOU DID THE WORK ..MAYBE NOW YOU'LL APPRECIATE WHAT MOVERS DO FOR A LIVING

  Terrible experience, Worst service ever, I will never recommend this people un respectful, unprofessional, all the bad you can imagine is this company, they charge me $300 for 3 hours, never ask for anything but agreed on 3 hrs work first they said will be at the storage place at 11am and they arrived at 2pm, since they got to the place started complaining and complaining, that was too much stuff this and that, they started loading the truck and all of the sudden they said no more we won’t do this for $300, he wanted like $1.500 and at almost at 4:30pm they started to unload the truck leaving everything on the middle of the road pretty much, At that time it was impossible for me to hire someone else, but they did not care and leave.

  hey guys. i never moved you...I think you have us confused with the uhaul ALL STARS MOVING and we dont charge $300 for 3 hours MOVING doesn't work that way...so i would appreciate it if you withdraw this review..i dont have you on the books. and if a mover met you at a storage facility what "ROAD" DID THEY LEAVE YOUR STUFF ON ? AND IT IS OUR EXPERIENCE IN MOVING PEOPLE FOR 44 YRS IF A PROFESSIONAL SAID $1500 THEN PROBABLY WHAT HAPPENED IS SOMEONE LIED TO GET A DISCOUNT AND JUST EXPECTS PEOPLE TO WORK FOR FREE ..UNFORTUNATELY IN THE UNITED STATES 🇺🇸 WE DONT PLAY THAT GAME WITH DECEITFUL CUSTOMERS TRYING TO SAVE A BUCK ON THE BACKS OF HARD WORKING PROFESSIONALS...GOOD LUCK ..AGAIN WE DID NOT MOVE YOU..SO TAKE YOUR 1 STAR AND FIGURE IT OUT

  This is an excellent, liable and trustworthy moving company. They were punctual on moving day and addressed any concerns I had with the move. They moved all my furniture from Florida to Long Island within two days. They were on time as much as they could be with all the traffic in New York. They kept me posted throughout their travel. When they arrived, they put together the furniture and put it in its proper place. The men were respectful and courteous to my family. The cost was fair according to the long distance travel. I highly recommend this moving company.
