Let me just say the movers were amazing! They were polite, knew what they were doing, took great care with our things and did a fast and great job. However the original price I was quoted was $1300 under what I actually had to pay. The representative that came out and did the moving quote way underestimated. The movers even commented that those who do estimates have no clue what it actually takes to move someone’s belongings. He quoted 7000lbs, which the movers said was equivalent to 1/2 their truck, when we ended up needing a truck and a half. I felt so awful for the movers because it was a cold, miserable, and rainy day, and they were there for 12 hours start to finish. Had the original estimate been correct they would have had more workers, another truck, and only a regular 8 hour day. Plus we wouldn’t have had to pay $1300 more than expected. My suggestion is to get people who actually know about moving to do the estimates, perhaps one of the movers who does this kind of thing every day.

I have moved several times due to work, this is by far the worse moving company. Extremely unprofessional, do not follow up with what was agreed upon but wont start giving you the buts until after you have signed. My furniture got extremely damaged, I got things that weren’t even ours and we are missing things I'm sure someone else has my belongings. Honestly if you are doing a interstate move use United, if you are in the Tampa area and move locally two guys in a truck are way more professional.

They were very quick to get back to me and communication was great. The guys that packed the truck and moved everything we're fantastic. Only reason I have them 4 stars is because I feel that it was a little pricey. If we hadn't already been planing and budgeting there's no way we would have had the extra money. If you're going to use this moving service make sure you budget accordingly if you're paying out of pocket. They do have free estimates though so that's another bonus. Overall great service!
