From the first call to the time the moving truck left, the Berger team provided professional service. Rosalyn was my point person and she kept me well informed and continued to follow up each day during the move to make sure I was receiving everything was going to my satisfaction. Alfredo and his team of five crew members, packed, loaded, and unloaded at our new home. They were all delight to work with. They were cheerful, helpful, and very courteous. They enjoyed working together and it showed. I cannot give enough of a positive recommendation for their service. There were zero issues and nothing yet that appears broken or damaged. I was completely satisfied.

If things had gone any more smoothly, I would have blinked and missed the whole thing. It was over before I knew it. Everything was on time, as promised. The skilled, friendly and caring employees who handled our belongings did so as if it were their parents’ possessions they were moving. My primary contact person stayed in touch with me at all times, keeping me constantly informed. She gave me the contact info for the delivery driver who showed up on time and stayed in touch along the way. All in all, things were great and, looking back, I would do it all over again. Five Stars on a Five Scale aren’t nearly enough! We were very fortunate that Allied Van Lines had an opening in their busy schedule for us. Given that, it was a good value for their outstanding service!
