  The driver of this vehicle nearly caused a wreck going over double yellow lines in a blind corner to turn somewhere they did not need too then proceeded to yell cuss and threaten people in traffic

  I had a long distance move from TX to NC with my belongings put in storage for 2months. I got the best insurance they offered worth 80k for all my stuff about 250items/boxes. The packers sent out to pick up my stuff were telling me how they just got out of prison and this was the only company that would hire felons. Since i was put off at that thought i did an extra cautious job with my itemized list of my goods. Wierd enough items like my gun safes, tv, snowboard and other electronics did not make it on the list and when i asked to put them on it I was hasseled. There was also damage caused to the brand new hardwood, large scratches from dragging a safe in the house i was moving out of. Once i purchased a new house in NC i had all my items delivered but 25% or over 60items/boxes never made it. Another 25% was damaged including broken mirrors, stolen parts off my motorcycle along with brakes not working, desks, etc I filed a claim for around 40,000 to cover all the missing and damaged items. They sent me a check for 4000 and said it was my fault things went missing and got damaged and i could not prove it was there responsibility or fault. During the initial pack/pick up all items were noted for damages and when it was delivered the damages were noted so any difference between when it leaves my possession and returns to my possesion should be the resposubility of allied along with them being held responsible for all damages that happen while in there possesion. Allied will not take resposibility for there failures. I am taking them to court but they have the law on there side, they can not be held accountable for the time this is taking its already been over 1 yr and they will not have to be reposible for court fees when I win. I highly recommend avoiding allied van lines if possible!!
