  AMAZING SERVICE - I had bought a desk from Arhaus and I guess they contract through Allied Van Lines. I’m not sure if it was Arhaus or AVL that had emailed me several times to confirm my delivery date, but I had also received a phone call/voicemail the day-of my delivery to let me know what time to expect them. There were 2 gentleman who came - they announced what company they worked for immediately upon ringing the doorbell, they wore masks, asked if they needed to take their shoes off, and asked if they wanted me to set-up/build the desk or if they were allowed to. I opted for them to put together the desk and they obliged. They walked me through the process of how to put it together and they chatted while they worked. With the weather being cold, they were quick to assemble the piece right in our office and did it in under 30-minutes or so. The process was quick and painless and I now have a beautiful put together desk! I can’t thank the 2 men enough for the heavy lifting and great service. They were both talkative and even told me about the furniture’s warranty, Arhaus as a company, etc. I was thoroughly impressed.

  Our move was seamless on all aspects! From our move out and into storage to the move into our new home. Everyone on our team of movers were extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Berger Allied Moving and Storage in Walton Hills, OH.

  The delivery company was on time and very professional. They communicated well prior to arrival and determined the best entrance to use to deliver 3 pieces of furniture. They then unpacked the items, carried them to the appropriate locations and assembled where necessary. They also documented a defect in one item and reported it to ARHAUS on my behalf.
