  First class service from start to finish. The virtual walk through of my house was accurate and efficient. The customer service staff who verified days/times and processed payments were responsive and readily available. Furthermore, I cannot say enough good things about my movers. Roger and Dave a father/son team; they were hard working, friendly and honest. The whole team made the logistics of my move simple and stress-free. I would use them all again.

  We just completed our long distance move and had a good experience overall. Nothing is broken (so far! Still unpacking). More specifically, had a great experience with the moving company (Morse Moving) and especially the crew - Wayde, Roger and Brian who were professional, courteous, on time and super helpful. I've heard horror stories with movers and generally am wary of hiring them, however this experience has changed my mind. The crew were extremely nice and easy to work with, some good folks. We had already done some of our packing to be ready. The guys showed up on time, helped with the remaining packing (as arranged) and didn't once hesitate to offer to take over. It helped that they were able to give me an estimated arrival time right at loading and even kept to it. The same crew of Wayde and Roger delivered our stuff on time, quickly and helped with the initial set up and arrangement of the furniture. That definitely put us at ease. The initial process of virtual estimate with John Green was easy and smooth - he worked with us to accommodate change in our moving dates. Tracy at the office kept up to ensure things went smoothly. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend using them, ask specifically for the crew and relax with the move. As for economics, I didn't hunt for many quotes but I can say Allied/Morse were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. Thanks for the move guys !

  Alliedused a company named Allied/Coleman that is an affiliate of Allied in wichita, Kansas. I was told that the crew would arrive and pack and move my things to Detroit. They packed one day and Came back the next to move me I was unaware it was a two day move, but ok, also I wasn't told my belongings would be in storage until they found a driver to move my things to Detroit that's when I found out that my belongings would be in their storage then picked up and loaded onto another truck.I was given the impression that my things would be on the truck that they put my belongings on at my house, but that's when I believe the majority of my belongings got left, or delivered to someone else, also they moved me out on like July 12th, and didn't have a driver available until August 23,, the driver arrived on the 25th of August. Some of which were damaged, missing, personal things missing like children photos. My couch was water damaged???, lamp broke, coffee table, and end tables missing parts, shoes molded. Then they want over $5000.00, never again
