"Cornbred" came into Cambridge Springs Pennsylvania at a high rate of speed. No regard to the bridge being out, pedestrians or traffic. There's big orange signs coming into town that state the bridge is out. Proceeded to drive back and forth through the intersection several times expecting traffic to move or figure out what he wants them to do. Finally turned and left town at a high rate of speed. This has been reported to the police.

Their driver was all over the road and nearly hit several cars and two other semis. I called the dispatcher and talked to them they give a string impression not being able to care any less. This guy could have killed a lot of people and they didn't care. This was buckeye lake near Newark Ohio on May 5th
