  Robin is the best. Don’t hesitate to call this place, I had a lot of questions and concerns about how big of a shed to get and is the gas meter going to be in the way Etc. I called someone else multiple times left multiple messages, very well known around town and they wouldn’t even call me back. Called Amarillo portable buildings and they answered all my questions sent somebody out to look at my backyard it was awesome, I love my shed👍🏻 Make this the first place you call, you’re going to regret not calling them first.

  If you are wanting quality at a great price you need to go visit Robin, we have purchased 2 buildings and the last one we are making into our home. I highly recommend these buildings, go look for yourself you will experience great friendly customer service, adorable and excellent quality..

  Memories of The Past

  We went into the Lubbock Derksen facility on March 16, 2017 to choose and pay for a building that we were told would be delivered in two weeks. We have a rented storage facility that we were going to transfer all our stuff to this building as soon as it was delivered, however, here we sit on April 20, over a month later and still no building. The money was taken out of our account on March 16th. We have had to pay an extra month with an additional $20.00 fee since I already gave notice that we would be out by the end of April. Every Tuesday and Thursday we are told that the building will be here on the next Tuesday or Thursday. The local people say its the building peoples fault. The driver says the problem is that the material we wanted on our building was out of stock but arrived at the building facility on the 11th of April. The building people say that they didn't know it was suppose to be delivered before today. This is a company that has no idea what they are doing and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and thats saying a lot when we have to deal with people that don't speak English when we call about computer problems. I don't think we will ever buy another thing from this company, locally or from Amarillo. We could have built this ourselves and saved half the money, but here we sit. Lesson learned. Well we got our building yesterday 4/25/17. The delivery person was great and very helpful. The building is well made, but the waiting still is not acceptable. So building that was due in two weeks was delivered in 6 weeks. Someone somewhere needs to get a better hold of this.

  I am sorry that you had a bad experience with Derksen Buildings, however we are located in Amarillo, TX and did not sell you a building.
