Although the facility is set up nicely and the units are nice there is no customer loyalty for being there long period of time. I paid my bill each and every time it has been due. Due to my pay coming in close to the 10th day of the month I've been normally given leeway in the past in case it has processed a day past the 10th. Today I got a very indifferent employee who didn't really give a damn and basically still took a $20 late fee. PayPal apparently didn't process my payment till the next day. I attempted to pay my bill on the 10th. So much for being a good customer!

Communication is severely lacking. Received a voicemail from them 2 days ago and when I finally speak with someone today, I’m told “I don’t know what’s wrong with your phone but I can’t get through”. Which is odd because I received a voicemail from them 2 days ago and you’re calling me on the phone you can’t get through on! Because of their lack of communication, I’m charged for another month! Even though my unit is empty and has been for DAYS! Do NOT recommend This facility, and will never use again. There are PLENTY of other facilities locally. This facility has grown recently and it’s not a good thing as their customer service has tanked.

Always like to use the storage units at this particular place. Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Christian atmosphere and very clean. Climate control storage available and dry storage also. Outside storage available also. Security around the fenced in area, 24 hour access. Never had to worry about the safety of the stored items.
