  This is the second time I have used American classic storage. Both times was an excellent experience. Staff is very pleasant and efficient. Actual storage unit was perfect size and climate controlled. Just removed items after a five month stay and everything was perfect. They keep the inside of the building where our unit was located clean and free of of bugs etc. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and if I ever need storage again in Williamsburg I would rent here

  My sister and I have used this storage facility 4 times now and have never been disappointed ... They were always courteous and polite, accommodating and professional, and very patient and friendly with my twin sister and me who are grumpy kray kray 70 year old ladies !!! My sister has severe allergies and Asthma and a bad heart (to name just a few of her life threatening medical conditions) ... No matter how many questions we asked they we're polite and very understanding ... They spray for bugs monthly but because of my sister's medical conditions they marked our unit as a NO SPRAY and instead put down small bug poison packets on floor ... It is ALWAYS SPOTLESS there and who ever does the gardening outside their office entrance well he or she does such a BEAUTIFUL job they deserve a GOLD MEDAL ... You should see all the different Pollinators that visit their Garden !!! We joke that we are going to move in there ... Of course we are joking but that is how nice the surroundings are ... We will always use this location should we need storage again ... Thank you American Classic Storage .... Sincerely, the old lady Twins 😊😊🐞🐞

  The staff at American Classic are wonderful and work quickly and efficiently to assist customers. They made my move from MIchigan to Virginia seamless. Always professional and helpful.
