When first contacting the company, they were prompt and accommodating. Jacqueline showed patience, understanding, and grace the couple of times our builder moved our closing date. The movers were excellent! They were organized, thorough, and cared for every item as if it were their own. They were very honest and communicative. I would hire them all over again - plus they have a great competitive rate!

Communication with this company was excellent. They answered calls immediately and kept in touch by email and text. Our moving crew was very professional, experienced, and hard working. They were pleasant and courteous and handled all of our belongings with care. The move was quick and we were impressed with our overall experience. I would highly recommend American Moving and Hauling, and will call them for our next move.

I can't say enough good things about American Moving and Hauling! From the office manager who arranged my move and answered all of my newbie questions, to the packing and moving crews -- every person I dealt with was amazing. The crews were on time, worked fast, and communicated well. I was amazed at how professional and efficient they were. They were obviously training some new people, and I was very impressed by how the more experienced team members coached and instructed the newer ones respectfully. Management at this company is clearly doing things right! And it's a plus that it's a woman owned and run company! Highly recommend!!
