  I dont even know where to start! American Movers were life savers, not once but TWICE. My mom had to move out of her old house before the new ppace was ready. She had to put things in two different storage units. One in Lynchburg and one in Concord. American Movers had a “happy to do it” attitude! Besides being the ONLY company to return a phone call, they gave my mom a quote right away. Rick and his team are the very best. Fast forward to my moms moving day and nothing seemed to go right. The moving crew was late because one of their guys had car issues, then my mom couldnt get into her storage unit they had scheduled to go to first. My mom called Rick, in a low key panic and Rick asked if he could pray with her!!!! As believers that out my mom at ease and they won my business right away. See my husband and I was in the process of buying a house and we knew that we wanted them from that very moment! They moved us a month ago!!!! My time flys!! They had an issue with the back of their truck not closing. They protected our stuff, had us all moved out and in to our new home in 3 1/2 hours!! Spanky was the lead man on my move and he was AMAZING! They had two newer guys on that job and one that was more seasoned. I had a chance to talk to each one and learn a little bit about them. They were all very hard workers and cared for our belongings like it was theirs. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this Rick and his team for any job! Actually when my husband is ready to move the family business to a bigger office, American Movers will be first call! Rick, thank you from The bottom of my heart for taking care of my sweet mama when I couldnt be there and for sensing the right guys to both jobs! My move was on 8/21/21 and my moms was 7/6/21! Please give all of the guys a HIGE thank you from is!!!

  These guys literally lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. We needed heavy commercial kitchen equipment moved at the very last minute. Rick was very flexible and super easy to work with. Derrick and Mike did a wonderful job on site. I would HIGHLY recommend.

  American Moving & Storage is a top tier moving & storage service. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile is nothing like I’ve seen before in that line of work. Josh, the manager, provided top notch customer service when a relative of mine, who was using their services, passed away. He handled all the logistics of the unit being cleaned out, while showing compassion to the situation. I highly recommend their services, and guarantee that you’ll be treated like family.
