This was the second time I had used Anchor. The first time went very smoothly. The second one was disappointing. The driver dropped a table off the back of the truck and broke the ceramic top. I contacted the company and they told me to send a picture of a similar table, which I did. I never received a response. I contacted them two more times, and again never heard from them. The movers themselves were very nice and did a great job, except for this unfortunate incident. It was not an expensive table and would have been easy to replace, but they choose to ignore me. Bad customer service.

If I could give them a no star I would. They caused damage in my home in mutliple locations. The movers informed us they did the damage and would notify the owner, Mike. We took pictures of all the damage and sent to Mike along with asking for protocol for getting damages repaired/replaced. He responded and sent a repairman to our home. Therefore, accepting responsiblity for damages. The repairman was not able to fix the deep scratches on the hardwood floors in our foyer. The repairman took pictures and informed us he would share pictures with Mike along with the information the floors could not be fixed and must be replaced. From that point on, MIke (owner) has ghosted us. We have sent mutliple emails to resolve this issue along with phone calls. At the point when he knew he had to replace the floors, he has since been rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and quite frankly basically childlike and immature. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Literally just watched one of the movers roll the his window down, throw about a drink full of something, then the proceeded to drive a way. What a scummy thing to do, especially when you’re representing a company.
