  We were very pleased with Scott and his crew. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. I had lots of questions and Scott answered them all. Veronica also was wonderful in giving me the info I asked for. Because of these people I will recommend this moving company to my friends

  The team, led by Thomas (driver) and Meil (packing team), were incredibly professional. They were focused on ensuring my possessions were packed securely so they arrive safely. They calmed my anxieties and accommodated my requests. I’ve moved 5 times in the last 15 years and this has been the best experience by far. I will request Anderson as a preferred moving company in the future, if given the opportunity. Definitely recommend!! Thank you for everything!

  Was supposed to move today. After the movers hadn't showed up, I called them to find out what happened. Turns out they just forgot to send a team and a truck. Yep, just forgot. After planning everything to be moved on a certain day, Anderson had no problem screwing me and my family over. Then they lied about what had actually happened and tried to blame every one else under the sun except take responsibility for their mess up. Don't use this company. You can't trust them.

If you would please allow us an opportunity to clear the confusion on what happened, we would appreciate your time. Anderson Transfer was awarded your shipment to pack your Household Goods. A line haul driver with North American Van Line/Tier One was assigned to load your household goods and unfortunately filled out his trailer running out of space before arriving to your home. Anderson Transfer was notified by North American Van Line/Tier One around 10 AM on the morning of your load date of the driver and by that time all of our crews were already out. We were able to get a crew to go out to your home the following day, Saturday, to load your household goods. Anderson Transfer did not forget to send a crew to you and this was just a matter of miscommunication with North American Van Line/Tier One. We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.
