  I contacted Andrew Auto Transport and agreed to their price and the requested minimum days to find a carrier to ship a vehicle, Mark was the contact and sales person with the company, from the beginning it was obvious, that over-promising is Mark's strongest attribute, "I am working on it, good sir. Should have it wrapped up very soon." was his typical response to my emails requesting updates, needless to say he never found a carrier.

  Mauricio, I appreciate the feedback. That being said we have literally designed every aspect of our business to be %100 completely transparent. From the video you review to watch when reviewing the quote that explains we are all brokers and that prices are estimates, to the contract you signed stating you understand we are your agent and will act on your best behalf to find an insured, reputable driver. To the quote email we send. To the fact that the prices are not called pries they are called quotes because we have to estimate the cost and with fule rate hikes recently prices went up etc. I believe as the business owner that Mark did a fine job explaining this along with all of our fore mentioned materials. It is a shame that all of this was lost on you. We really put thousands of dollars into the instructional videos and paperwork. I'm sorry you had this experience but please re consider after going back over the materials.

  At first, I wasn't sure if transporting my car was safe because of all the run around that I got from other companies along with the crazy prices. Andrew Auto Transport was very clear with his pricing and pick up availability. He was honest and answered all my questions, unlike the other companies. He also didn't harass me after I told him I needed some time to think it over. Thanks, Andrew!

  The pick up and delivery of my grand daughter's car to CA went completely smoothly. I was pretty nervous and getting several calls ahead from the driver really helped. He delivered days earlier than I expected and I plan to use this company again. Thank you Andrew for calming my nerves!
