  No complaints here! Awesome service…awesome units! Early access 6am…late access 10pm!!! Ohh and the sensor lights in the units just knocks it outta the park! Call service was nothing less than great! 5 + stars from me…if only I could double the stars I would! Nothing less than extremely satisfied!!!

  Really bad business experience - beware. Their automated answering service claims, "Next level in self-storage. No Contact Leasing Process." I reserved a unit this morning, using their option of NO CONTACT Leasing, received confirmation and then later received phone call from site manager that she cancelled my reservation to give to someone else, and she was too busy to talk to me about it. SO MUCH FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE promise or NO CONTACT leasing. I suppose the onsite "option" gets to change the rules. No integrity, definitely can't rely on their "system".

  Denise, we sincerely regret to read that you were not satisfied with your experience since customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we disagree with some of your claims. That space became vacant only a few minutes before you made your reservation through the call center. However, another customer was already on our waiting list for this unit, and we had to honor that. The manager called you as soon as she realized what had happened to see if we could help you find another one. Unfortunately, there were no other vacant units of that size.   Very helpful staff- worked with us when I rented the wrong size of unit. Allowed us leeway on unloading a large uhaul. Clean facility.
