Called company with questions on billing/invoice vs contract discrepancy and charges for blank areas on contract such as delivery and tax. Another example further down the agreement, if their driver gets stuck, customer pays for tow truck (not initialed by the way) Received massive attitude, insults and threat to be sent to collections. This is all the day after delivery by the way. I paid the driver $3,100.00 cashiers check at delivery so its not like I'm refusing to pay. Received same attitude days prior when discussing delivery logistics in an attempt to make the delivery go as smooth as possible. I don't usually complain, but being in the people business, I would never want an employee to treat a customer this way. Delivery was 2 hours late. No big deal. Things happen. But, customer service has much room for improvement, especially at the office and management level.

The guys were on time and very friendly. Move went great. They were careful moving some very large pieces of furniture. Got done sooner than expected. The owner, Chris was very nice and professional. I would recommend them and use them again if needed. Thank you for making a stressful day much easier.

My first 40' high cube cost was $5900.00, I wanted a second to match and he had one left. Drew wants to charge me $7400.00 the next day. I had two neighbors in Fredenberg that were interested in purchasing containers from Drew after seeing what I purchased. You can bet that none will be purchased here.
