Spoke with Gary several times and was guaranteed a price of $80 to unload a few heavy items. The 2 man crew were great. When the time came to pay for the services they charged me for 2 hours for the whole 15 minutes they were here. $160 plus an $18 fee to pay with a card plus a $20 tip. Ridiculous! Poor management! Gary did not honor his word for the price that was guaranteed. I do not recommend this company. Your money is better spent with other moving companies who are not going to overcharge for a few heavy items.
